Purpose-Built Containers Made to Order
Why Container Testing and Inspection Matter
Containers today are far more than cargo carriers. They are deployed across industries including offshore energy, industrial operations, defence, and specialist engineering — often supporting critical equipment and operating in high-risk environments.
In these applications, reliability isn’t optional. It’s essential. That’s why testing and inspection sit at the core of everything we do. At our facility, we combine internationally recognised certifications with detailed inspection processes to ensure every container we manufacture or assess is structurally sound, fully compliant, and ready to perform — whether in transit, in operation, or under extreme conditions.
ISO and CSC Standards
Global standards provide the baseline for container integrity.
ISO standards define the structural strength and performance requirements for containers, including stacking, lifting, and resistance to operational stresses. These tests ensure containers can withstand real-world handling across transport and industrial use.
The CSC (Convention for Safe Containers) is the mandatory safety framework governing containers used in international transport. Certification confirms that each unit has been thoroughly tested and inspected to meet strict safety criteria. Without CSC approval, containers cannot legally operate across borders or on vessels.
Together, ISO and CSC standards ensure consistency, safety, and trust across global operations.
DNV Standards
For offshore and demanding industrial environments, enhanced standards are critical. DNV certification is designed for containers exposed to dynamic lifting, harsh weather, and corrosive marine conditions. These units undergo more stringent testing and detailed inspection regimes to ensure they can withstand the additional stresses of offshore use.
DNV-certified containers provide assurance that both the design and the physical condition of the unit meet the highest safety expectations — where failure is simply not an option.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
Even the strongest structures can develop hidden flaws over time. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) is a vital non-destructive inspection method used to detect surface and near-surface cracks in steel. We apply MPI to critical areas such as welds, frames, corner castings, and lifting points. This inspection process identifies defects that are invisible to the naked eye but could lead to serious structural failure under load.

Bespoke Lift Testing and Inspection
Not all containers operate under standard conditions. For custom-built, modified, or specialist units — including those used in industrial and defence applications — we provide bespoke testing and inspection tailored to their exact use. We simulate real-world lifting scenarios and inspect structural performance under unique load configurations, ensuring every container performs safely in its intended environment.
More Than Compliance
Testing and inspection are not just procedural steps — they are critical safeguards.
They ensure:
As a specialised container manufacturer, we don’t just build containers — we deliver verified, inspected, and proven solutions for industries where performance and safety are non-negotiable.
