This includes professional abrasive blasting to a recognised standard, typically SA 2.5 (near-white metal), ensuring the removal of mill scale, rust and contaminants while achieving the correct surface profile for optimum coating adhesion. All blasting, surface preparation and application of primer and topcoat systems are undertaken in-house.
